Position: Content Planner & Copywriter

Salary: BDT 18,000–20,000
Working Days: 5 days per week

🟠 What You’ll Do:

▪️ Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.

▪️ Develop creative content ideas, hooks, concepts, and storytelling formats for Reels, ads, product videos, and social media campaigns.

▪️ Write engaging captions, video scripts, ad copy, campaign copy, and product-focused content in Bangla, Banglish, and English.

▪️ Turn product features into relatable, persuasive, and conversion-focused stories.

▪️ Prepare clear content briefs for presenters, designers, videographers, and editors.

▪️ Research social media trends, audience interests, competitors, and viral content formats.

▪️ Adapt content and copy according to each platform, campaign objective, and target audience.

▪️ Collaborate with the social media, content production, and marketing teams to execute ideas.

▪️ Review content performance and use audience insights to improve future content.

🟠 Who We’re Looking For:

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Media, Business, or a relevant field.

▪️ 1–3 years of experience in content planning, copywriting, social media, or a related role.

▪️ Strong Bangla copywriting skills; proficiency in Banglish and English is a plus.

▪️ Creative thinker with strong storytelling, research, and proofreading skills.

▪️ Understands social media trends, short-form videos, audience behaviour, and e-commerce content.

▪️ Able to write naturally, clearly, and persuasively without producing generic or robotic content.

▪️ Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple content deadlines.

▪️ Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and conversion-focused content will be an advantage.
